Does anyone know of a way to write a rule in Outlook that would forward ONLY Meeting Requests to an assistant. The assistant ONLY has permission to view my Calendar.
What we are currently doing is sending the Meeting Request to both myself and to my assistant, with me as a required attendee, and the assistant as an optional attendee (in case I am out of the office for an extended period). An odd thing happens if my assistant highlights MY name on the Attendee Availability page and accepts the request. The person organizing the meeting gets the response that I will be in attendance, and the Meeting Request is deleted from my assistants Inbox. (There are meetings that we will both be attending).
If I could Forward my Meeting Request to my assistant, she could respond to both her own Inbox request, and the one I would forward to her.
Any help is greatly appreciated. If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.
