outlook makro activieren

Hello, I am trying to add some features to my outlook formular and I am getting a message saying that the makro's are not active or not installed. Does anyone know where I can look to install or activate them ? I have tried with a very small code--docmd.openform "frmTestzyclus" to see what is going wrong and I receive the same message. I know my way around VBA for Access and Excel and thought Outlook would be the same. Guess I was wrong.
Any Ideas ??
