I have been given access to a second mailbox from which we can read and send emails - it appears as a separate mailbox within my list of Outlook accounts.

What I need is for emails received from different but specific companies to be forwarded to other individuals within my organisation - for example, anything that comes from an email address @company1.com should be forwarded to Person A, anything that comes from an email address @company2.com should be forwarded to Person B, etc.

I have tried setting up a Mailbox Rule but this only appears to apply to messages received in my primary mailbox.

Grateful for any advice / suggestions.

I believe each mail account has separate rules.

Thanks, Skip.

So presumably I would need to get the second mailbox set up as a separate Exchange account - can this be done through a single instance of Outlook?
