Running Exchange 5.5 want to give someone rights to another staff member's Outlook mailbox. How do I set the premissions for the person to view the mailbox. Can anyone help me in the matter???

Thanks,

Chad

Go to recipients within your exchange server, double click to reveal properties of mailbox. Go to permissions tab ( if there is no permissions tab click on tools menu , go to options, go to permissions, check the option that says "show permissions page for all objects" )Within this tab you can choose to give permissions to anybody within the domain.

Hope this helps.

gwynfijones is correct here, although your client can do this himself aswell.

By right cicking on their folders in outlook there is a permissions tab where they can select other members of staff, and the actions they can perform.
