Odd. Have a look at this link for general info:
A couple of general things to check (apologies if you have already done this...)
- Is the second account setup like the first?
- Are you using SPA (secure password authentication)
- Is your password case sensitive?
- Have you checked the "remember password" box on the server (assuming you have setup the account on a server)
