Hi,

Each member of our sales staff needs to have replies sent to
sales@mycompany.com (a distribution list mailbox) instead of their personal email address.

In Outlook 2007, I see that there's a "From:" field to change this per-message. But I need to do this on a permanent basis.

I looked through the settings and didn't see anything that address this. How can I change this?

NOTE: I don't want to _use_ the sales@mycompany.com account, just set it so when someone hits reply to a sales rep, it is addressed to sales@mycompany.com.

Could I use a VBA macro for this to populate it on-the-fly?

(using Exchange 2003 SP2, BTW)

Thanks!
