Outlook macro - need to specify a folder

Hi all - I have just inherited an Outlook Macros which saves all attachment to a folder using myattachments.Item(i).SaveAsFile siteDir & myValue & ".doc"

My problem is - I only want to save attachments included in one specific folder in my Outlook set up - how do I specify this?

Unfortunately I am not an Outlook expert - any help is appreciated.
