I have an Exchange 2003 server with over 800 users with various laptops and desktops. I have about 5 users that get disconnected from the exchange server intermittently. Some are laptops some are desktops. They are all using outlook 2003 with cached exchange mode.
When the users loose their connection it is only for a few seconds and then it comes right back. I know they loose connection because in the lower right hand corner it says offline then goes to trying to connect then to connected.
I know they are still on the network and are still talking to the server because I had a ping going and it was recieving from the exchange server just fine.
Any ideas why they are loosing connection?
