A couple of our users recently had a problem. Their list of calendars (people in their department) that normally shows up on the left when they open the calendar shortcut in Outlook 2003, has suddenly disappeared.
I told one of them that that happens from time to time, and not to worry, as the system just automatically clears it when they are not used for a heil.
She complained she uses them all every day! So I said, let me know if it happens again...
Well, now in the last 2 weeks it has happened 5 times.
Any ideas?
