Outlook - Links in any email don't work.

Any links I receive in emails don't function properly. The links are active and open up IE whenever they are clicked but the url never gets to the browser, it only opens up and stops, no errors.

I checked all setting in Outlook and they are properly configured. I checked file associations and they are correctly pointed to IE.

I'm stumped....Any ideas....
