Outlook keeps asking for password

I have Windows XP Pro and set up an account from my web host which works fine. However, I set up another account but it keeps asking for my password and doesn't connect to my account on the host side(as far as I know). Both accounts are identical except for the names. I've tried removing the second account from Express and my web host and re-creating them but with no luck.

Any advice?

It sounds like the username and or password you're using is invalid.

Start over, delete the account that isn't working and recreate it
