Outlook Item Will Not Open

I cannot open saved or email attached Outlook Items (specifically saved quick parts) this problem just developed recently. I have reinstalled Office 2007 Plus, I have uninstalled my spyware and antivirus and I have run the Office Diagnostic tool.

I am at a complete loss, these saved Outlook files which are in outlook message format did open as they should in an email message window. But as of 48 hours ago will not open. I do not know what I could have done to cause this.

Any suggestions.

Found the solution it was Google Desk Top interfereing with Outlook 2007.
