I have a user (Outlook 2003) who is having the following issue that I have not been able to resolve - When she is in her Inbox she will click on Unread Mail under the navigation pane. She will select an email that she just wants to delete. It will display in the Reading Pane. She will click the Delete button on the toolbar. Instead of the item deleting it stays and the next message either above or below it will highlight and display in the Reading Pane. When she tries to delete the item a second time it will delete. This problem does not happen in any other folder or the Inbox. The Unread Mail is the only place she has the Reading Pane turned on. I would appreciate any help or suggestions in trying to solve this issue.
