Outlook issue w/Phone addrs

Arrghh...I've been trying desperately to use an Outlook Rule setup to take a message and forward it to a list of phone addresses (i.e., 7031234567@vtext.com) and even tho it works and shows it as being "sent" in my sent folder, it really doesn't. No one ever receives it.

Conversely, if I forward the mail manually w/the phone addr on the To: line, it works and arrives successfully. Has anyone run into this issue?
