Hi,

Using HTTPs to connect to hosted exchange, have one client
that will not connect. Whenever I attempt to connect to
the server to check the name. I get the login dialog
prompt and enter the correct information. As soon as I
enter the information I recieve an error message stating
that there is insufficient memory to complete the task. I
was able to connect to the server using the users
credentials so that is not the issue.

User is running WinXP MCE and Outlook 2003 sp1 with the
HTTPs patch installed.

I have delted the profile and started with a fresh one, I also have uninstalled office and reinstalled it along with the service pack

Thank you in advance,

Joe

Have you tried to clear cache. Go to Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms then clear cache.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
