Outlook Incoming/outgoing metrics

I need to know how many incoming and outgoing emails my department is servicing by Cust. Svc. Rep. My it guys tell me they can't easily do it, but there has to be a way.

Is there something I can setup in Outlook to give me a count of all incoming and outgoing email for specified users on a daily basis ?

Hi,

This is something that must be done at the email server end.

Outlook is client based - client MS Outlook can't 'see' other client Outlook info. (by default). Even if this is enabled, it's not the place to do it.

Trust your IT guys - it may not be 'easy', but is your request justified? If so, then justify it to the IT Manager.

This all depends on your email server software.
