Hi

We have a networked outlook email here and other users
can access each others inboxes if they are in the same team.

To avoid practical joking and privacy issues, is it possible to log in an inbox:

1 which users access the inbox
2 what they do when they are there

I imagine this would need some pretty nifty macros, which
is where my knowledge runs out.

Thanks in Advance

Encryption Plus® Folders Freeware is a powerful utility that protects the contents of a single
folder on your computer. Encryption Plus® Folders Freeware uses the well-known and documented
Blowfish algorithm and a 64-bit encryption key. Just enter a password and select a folder to
apply secure file encryption to its contents. Each time Windows loads, Encryption Plus® Folders
Freeware prompts you for its password. When the proper password is supplied, it takes up
residence in your system tray and grants access to the contents of the folder. If the program
is shut down or the proper password isn't given, the contents of the folder remain encrypted.
An added feature lets you easily lock and hide your desktop when you step away from your PC.
Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT/2000 compatible.

In the application log of the server running Exchange server, you normally get an event 1016 registered every time a mailbox is logged into by someone who isn't the primary user the mailbox. It normally reads something like this:

NT User DOMAIN\USERNAME logged on to <Mailbox Name> mailbox, and is not the primary Windows NT account on this mailbox.

I'm not sure how you would go about the activity logging though. Maybe the journal function of Outlook could help, but I haven't really had a need to touch it during my time using Outlook / Exchange. If someone annoys you, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you'll be a mile away from them, and you'll have their shoes )
