a user on my network said that he clicked the mouse on accident and the 50 emails in his inbox disapeared. I searched for them in the recycle bins an couldn't find them. I ran a personal file error fixing utility and didn't find any errors. any help would be appreciated for I am reletively new to supporting outlook

Go to View-Toolsbars and make sure the Advanced toolbar is showing.
From it, click on the wide dropdown box and choose Messages.
I'm guessing they're only viewing unread messages or something like that.
