I help at a small charity.
Currently they have three pc's, each with outlook using pop3.
As it such a small charity we are now 'hot-desking'.
What I would like to do is allow each user to manage their emails on any machine.
I assume that IMAP will allow this but I'm not sure how to set this up.
In principal all machines shou;d have the same settings that allow any user email access to their own emails.
