I have one user where I have checked all the printer settings and all paper types are set to A4, the Outlook Memo style is set to print to A4 however, when the user prints an email, it comes out on Letter.
I have also checked Internet Explorer settings and these are set to Letter, however, it won't let me change them. I have also noticed that Word is not the default HTML editor and is not on the list to be so. I even followed one of Microsoft's suggestions of trying to open an html document with Word so it forced it to become default editor but this didn't work, neither did hacking the registry to put the requested key in place.
I also went is as administrator to check the printer was correctly setup on A4 there and that the regional settings were correct for both the administrator and user.
I even tried disconnecting the printer and deleting it from the pc.
Anyone have any other suggestions as I have run out of ideas?
Office and Windows XP on a P4.
