Outlook- How to add "Calendar Name" in Public Folder Calendar

We have multiple Outlook public folder calendars. When we print them the name of the calendar does not appear. If I add it to the header under Page Setup, it adds that name for every calendar folder.. What field code would i use to add Calendar name???
