My problem is that I created a .pst file in Outlook 2003 and now I'm trying to open that .pst file in Outlook XP. I get an error message "Can't open". Do anyone have any suggestions, tips, or solution? All answers are appreciated. Thanks.

I know that outlook 2003 has issues with pst files created from previous versions of outlook. especially outlook 2000, this is wherer your problem may lie, well maybee..

I have resolved this issue. In Outlook 2003 you will go to File>New>Outlook Data File and create a new .pst using Outlook 97-2000 Personal Folder File (.pst). Once created you would copy/paste the Outlook 2003 data file into the created Outlook 97-2000 data file. Transfer that newly created data file to the network (or computer with Outlook 97-2000) and open the file in Outlook 97-2000 by going to File>Open>Outlook Data File. Thanks for all your help!
