Hi All,

I have user who is on Windows 2000, Office XP Standard and everytime she opens outlook it looses her standard toolbar. She has to load it in everytime. this has only happened recently and nothing has changed on her PC in the last few years! We have made no changes to our network previous to this happening.
She uses personal folders.

Any Advice would be really great.

Many Thanks
Ria

try right clicking on the toolbar and going to customize.......select the options tab and select the reset menu and toolbars button. It'll snap everything back to default. this issue is odd....going back to all default shold assist you in identifying if there is really an issue, or an end-user error.......good luck...

You can run Outlook.exe from the run command and put the /cleanviews switch behind it. It will reset all views to default. I had the same issue in the past.

Outlook.exe /cleanviews
