Hi Group! I could use a little help here. I'm trying to attach an Access 2000 Database to Outlook. I would normally use the File/Get External Data/ Link feature within Access. When I do this, I'm able to go to the public folder and link to it. However, when I do this, I'm not able to get all of the fields withing the table. Fields such as addresses are missing? The only way that I've been able to get at the contact list is to copy and paste the contact info into my own personal folder . . . I don't want to do this everytime I want to download the info.
The long and short of it is that I want to manage these contacts and auto e-mails from Access where I can control the master copy of data.
Does this make sense? Can anyone point me in the reight direction???
