outlook hangs 1

Hi,

I have a user whose outlook hangs after about 10 seconds when she opens it.She has 3 pst files but all are under one gb,there are only 15 mb worth of mail in her mailbox and the storage limit is 35 mb.I have installed office updates and ran win2k updates.Im thinking there could be a corrupt mail somewere but I don't know were to start looking.Any suggestions?

You didn't specify, so I'm just gessing at the version...
Start with the /ResetFolders or /CleanViews switches to see if this will clear up the problem

corrupt?perhaps bt how are you gonna know which mail it is.have you tried running scanpst.exe?run a search for the file 'scanpst.exe' on the drive on which the outlook installation resides.after finding it, run the program on each .pst file.this should help
