OUTLOOK 'GHOST' MSG SENDING ???

Hi all,

I have noticed when in Microsoft Outlook (2003) that my system is attempting to send messges even though there are no messages in my Outbox. Could this be some sort of stealth spyware?

How can I find what is attempting to send??

Thanks in advance for any pointers.
