Hey all, I have a user who is running Outlook for Mac v14.1.3 on top of Mac OS 10.7.2 and he only gets email a couple of times throughout the day. He has tried doing Send/Receive but that doesn't pull down any email. When he does get email he gets them in bunches.
He's connecting to my Exchange 2007 server and from what I can see the connection is fine; he doesn't get any error messages and he can send emails just fine. He has another Mac email program and when he runs it that program gets emails as they come in so it must be an issue with his Outlook. I'm not a Mac person so I don't know what to look for. Does anyone have any ideas for diagnostic steps to get this working for him?
