outlook from home to office exch03

hello
we just upgraded our email server (in fact all servers ) to 03 (AD, dns etc)
but now, i am unable to use my outlook from home as i had been doing (when we had NT4/exch 5.5)
can someone tell me what may be the problem
(i've tried redoing the profile etc)
itjust keeps coming back with "server is unavailable" type of error

Perhaps the server is unavailable. Check with the network admin to make sure the server is accessable from the outside.

no, i am able to setup and use profiles using IMAP/POP
just not the rpc/imap/ip profile

the server is fine
