Outlook Freezin' via Citrix Server Access

Hello All,

A WAN connection created within Citrix Program Neighborhood for MS Office apps with the Find New Application Set option. Word & Powerpoint opened just fine however Outlook freezes.

Created a Custom ICA Connection for Outlook for a published app & same thing. Local PC & Server's profile Temp folder items deleted. Other users in remote site do not have any issues. I think deleting the user's server profile may just do it but any other options before going that route?????
