Outlook freezes when you try to view Delegates

Interesting problem with one particular mailbox. Whenever and wherever I try to open a particular users mailbox and go to Tools, Options and choose the Delegates tab, Outlook will freeze.

Have tried opening it on various workstations and servers with different Outlook versions installed but still get the same thing.

The Exchange server that it connects to is Exchange 2000 and I have tried Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003.

Any ideas???
