hi all,

can anybody point me to a good link that explains how often the free busy gets published? i'm especially curious about the length of how much you can view users availability and how it calculates it. my problem is lets say in outlook, when you go to calendar options and the free busy settings, our users are set for 2 months for publishing their free busy appointment. now if i'm scheduling an appointment i can only see exactly 2 months of users availability but including the day that have passed. for example, today is november 19 2007, the availability only shows til end of december because outlook calculates the 2 months to be the current month (month of nov in my example )and next month as supposed to be 2 months from todays date. from what i've seen from different posts, it looks like its normal behavior and i'm not having a problem however i couldn't find a good and valid documentation even from microsoft that backs this up. can you please let me know if you know one? also, i just found out that microsoft is actually taking this feature out with the installation of outlook 2003 service pack 1 but i couldn't find any documentation for outlook 2002 if they're stopping it too. does anybody know and can you send me a good link too? thanks a lot in advance!!!
