I am trying to set up a form in Outlook, which I can mail out to users in the form of a survey. When they complete it, the return address will already be set, and all they have to do is click the "send" button. I have done the form, saved it as a template, and been able to send it. A user has been able to open the template and send the form.
However, when I receive it, the details that they completed on the form (i.e. the text boxes, drop down combos, etc) is not there.
Is there something I am not completing? Outlook help is pretty useless at information on forms.
