Outlook forms not sending completed form data

Hello All ..

I have created a form and simply put when i fill in the fields i created and send it; the recipient doesnt see anything but a blank page. There are no fancy hooks or switches or programming involved.

Basically i just dragged and dropped text boxes, check boxes, labels and thats about it. All the basics; no calculations or anything.

So i select the form from the New menu, fill in the values and send it off.


Any ideas?

I think you didn't install the form on the recipents machine.

is that what you have to do? install it on the recipients machine?

What happens if you are sending them this form one time?

You have to install it each time?
