I have created a form in outlook for our bug reporting needs. How do I make this available to everyone and on every machine.

Furthermore, I want to be able to link this form to a database and extract its content.

I need the first question answered as soon as possible. Any help is appreciated.

I do not know how to publish the form to the entire user population. Please help

Outlook 2000

There are 2 ways you can make this form available to the entire company:

1) Publish the Outlook form to the "Organization Forms" library. (When you are publishing the form, select "Organizational Forms Library")

2) Save the form as an *.oft file, and put it on a network directory that is public to all the staff within the company.
