Outlook Form Dev. Problem: Field not resizing

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this:

I'm having trouble with my custom outlook forms. I have set up a multi-line field in the Compose Page of the form, and a corresponding text field on the Read Page of the form. However, the field on the read page does not change its height, if I use more rows than it has room for. How can I accomplish this?
