OutLook Form - conversion into the Access Database

Good morning,

I have questions regarding the Microsfot Outlook form.

Our group created the form, using Outlook Form for at least three years. There were several messages. The form consists of 10-12 fields. Right now, it is stored in one of the sub folders of my inbox.

I would like to export all of these information into Access Database. I tried to import the data by the exchange or outlook. I could not get any contents.

Does anyone have a suggestion of how we could do it painlessly, aside from copy and paste from each field for over 300 records?
