Outlook font size?

I have some users on our network that when they scroll down an email in Outlook 2000/2003 to see the history of the conversation, the text gets larger and larger the further they scroll down. The text of the first reply is normal size but gets larger the more you scroll down. How can I show all the text at normal sizes?

It sounds like a setting issue.

If you go into Tools/Options to the Mail Format tab and click on Fonts it should list all of the fonts in use for sending, replying etc.

You also might change the setting at the bottom to "Always use my fonts" and see if that helps.

You may need to change the settings on each users computer.
