Outlook folder on mobile devices problem CP100 3.0 Desktop messaging

One more problem that came up with Outlook is that they are not able to sync it to their mobile devices. The folder that says call pilot does not appear on their cell phones. [highlight #FCE94F][/highlight]

Any suggestions on how to work around this

I have been looking at some threads here and some say yes it can be done and others say no. Now I am really confused. Anyone know for sure?

Some have with trickery but in short use Message Forwarding
