I have a customer that has Outlook (Microsoft 365 version) installed on about 5 PCs and his iphone (all the same business account). The email is through Google Workspace with his business domain. He has one folder of emails on one PC that is NOT on Gmail when you login via web interface AND it's not on the other PCs.
I don't know what to do to get it to sync. There are no errors upon Send/Receive All. I have tried repairing the OST file with SCANPST and that didn't work. I don't know how to force it. I guess the other worry is what other items are not syncing, but that is not the meat of the question here.
Would it be a good idea to export that folder to a PST, delete the folder in Outlook and then import??? Other ideas??
