I am using Outlook 2000. Is there a way of finding a trail of email recipients? I have labeled the document of hi importance and I sent it to one recipient. Is there a way for me to know if the end user has sent it to other end users that had no need to know?

Nope.

If there was, then maybe you really would get a dollar from Disney for forwarding spam!

Your company's Email Admin might have records of emails sent, but you can't trace this info directly from your outlook.

Thank you. So even when we email back and forth, there is no way to see all of the receipients?

If another user sends you an email and has addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field, you won't be able to tell that s/he included the BCCd folks in the distribution.
