Outlook filter - prevent duplicate faxes

Is there a way to create a filter that will not show a contact if the business fax number is a duplicate? In other words, if more than one contact has the same fax number, then do not show both, only show 1. Maybe something within the SQL tab on the filter?

Using Outlook 2002 SP3
