One of the users opened up outlook and everything went on him. I've looked at it and have tried to find the right pst files containg all his old emails but haven't been able to find them. He told me that when he opened outlook it prompted him to do "something" He doesn't know what he did but he just followed the prompts and now his email account works but all of his old messages are gone. Anyway to recover these?
