I am using MS SHARED FAX on a server, Word, and Outlook contacts to send out faxes. Most of my contacts have been entered manually or imported via outlook.
When I send faxes, MS FAX does not properly dial 1+.
In researching this on MS KB, I found out that you may have to go into dialing options and enable the AUTOMATICALLY ADD COUNTRY CODE TO LOCAL PHONE NUMBERS option.
After doing so, MS FAX still doesnt dial properly. In order to get it to dial properly, I have to open EACH contact, DOUBLE CLICK the phone number, and save the record to have the "1+" appear in front of the ph#.
MY QUESTION: Is there anyway to fix ALL records without having to edit them one by one?
