Outlook Fax Number in Contact folder

Hi all,
Simple issue i can not seem to resolve in outlook 2002. When sending an email to a contact that has a fax number in addtion to the email address in the select name window this contact show up twice once with the fax number and once with the email address so if you are not careful your email might go to a fax number. The question is how do you set the your contact so only the email address shows up in the select window.

Hello, this is by design. If you don't use Outlook to send faxes, Microsoft suggests storing the fax number in some unused field. This way the fax number can still be seen, but doesn't show up in the Select box. Or just precede the fax numbers with a letter "F" or something similar in the fax field, and that will also make it now show in the Select box.

By the way, I believe e-mail is always first when there are both e-mail and fax numbers. Also, if you scroll to the right in the Select box, there are additional columns which show which is fax and e-mail. I really dislike the way they did this, personally.
