WHEN I AM CONNECTED TO THE NET AND WANT TO RETRIEVE MY MAIL MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS INDICATES A MESSAGE AS FOLLOWS "OUTLOOK EXPRESS NOT RESPONDING "
