Outlook Express Will not delete

Hi to all.

My problem is that my deleted emails folder will not empty. When I go to open the folder a message comes up saying the following “
Folder could not be displayed
Outlook Express could not open this folder.

Possible causes are:
• Low disk space.
• Low memory.

I have deleted all of my own folders to free up space but still dose not respond.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Its Ok i've managed to locate the problem. After three hours.

By deleting the file 'deleted items.dbx' or by some other method?
