I'm in tech support, I have an end user who is using Outlook Express and is saying when he creates a new message from scratch it is automatically creating whatever his message text is as an attachment and sending it along with the message. I have looked at tools, options, send, and there is a checkbox for include message in reply, but this is for including the text of the message you are replying to and this is not what is happening. Anyone know if there is an option anywhere that would cause the text of a message you are sending to be sent as an attachment every time, or is my end user maybe not describing to me what's really happening... thx
