Outlook Express Switch Identities problem

Greetings...

I have run into a problem with outlook express since I upgraded to Windows XP Professional SP1. I can not switch between identities on the fly. It gets stuck on one identity. The only way I can switch is to uncheck "Use this identity when starting the program" and manually select the identity. Before once the first identity was loaded all I would do is select switch and it would log off one and load the other fine.

Anyone have a suggestions to correct this.
