Outlook Express "Enter Network Password" problem

Hi! I'm experiencing this irritating problem. I'm running Outlook Express 6 and for the past few days, I'm getting this popup asking for "Network Password". When I enter my password, nothing happens, the popup remains. But, once I close the popup by clicking the X mark on the top, I can resume my normal work. This popup pops every 10 or 15 minutes.

Is there a way around to get rid of this?
