outlook express question

I have a program that sends emails automatically to individuals within the office. Lately, outlook express asks "A program is attempting to send the following email message on your behalf" Would you like to send this message? How can I disable this feature so that emails are sent automatically? I think this feature was turned on when I did installed couple patches from windows update.

Go into options in OE.

Under the Security tab, there is an option:
"Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me"

Untick it.
